After about six hours work I am letting the digital paint dry, so to speak. The plan was to recreate something of an unfinished masterwork, as if the artist had run out of funds in the middle of the project.

The bit I love the most about being an artist, and a visual editor is that I get to decide what my audience looks at by highlighting the details that I want you to see. I get to decide what you feel too, to some extent by my choice of colour palette, and I get to pique your interest and intrigue you by leading your eye through parts of the image as if it were a window onto an alternate reality. You have no idea how much pleasure that gives me. 🙂

  1. I love these. No matter the magic invoked, they have to have a great image to start with … perhaps a source of income, as finished artworks?

(Dammit—if it’ll work on one of your walls it should work well on others too~!)

    1. Thank you, Argus. 🙂

I have indeed looked into selling prints. Still working on that one. I have some of them hosted on a site that will sell them for you, but I shan’t get my hopes up with that one. Research says it’s not a very lucrative enterprise.
There ought to be another way, by way of cutting out the middle man. 🙂

      1. Wish you all the very best with it, Ma’am. There’s all the usuals, but I think your product calls for something else.

(And once you’ve broken the ice there’ll be oodles of copiers and imitators.)
