The following is an excerpt from ‘A Seth Book: The Nature of Personal Reality’. It’s such a simple but very powerful piece, and a great reminder of the possibilities to be explored when considering the nature of reality. I found it particularly eye-opening especially after 20 years since I first read this book in the series.

“ Physical existence is valuable for many reasons, one being that the flesh is so responsive to thought and yet so resilient. There are built-in guidelines so that the body consciousness itself, while mirroring your negative images at times, will also automatically struggle against them.
